Personal data that we process Double Healix processes your personal data because you use our services and / or because you provide it to us yourself.

Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:

– First and last name
– Address data

– Bank account number
– Other personal data that you actively provide

Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process During training sessions, it is possible that – with your permission – photos of participants are added to the participant lists. In that case, the following special and / or sensitive personal data are visible: gender, race.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data Double Healix processes your personal data for the following purposes:

– Handling your payment
– To deliver goods and services to you
– To be able to call or e-mail you if necessary to be able to provide our services
– To inform you about changes to our services and products
– Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure
– Double Healix analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and tailor the range of products and services to your     preferences
– Double Healix also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as information that we need for our tax return.

How long do we keep personal data
Double Healix does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes for which your data were collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data: – Data necessary to comply with legal obligations, such as the tax returns are kept for 7 years. This concerns the following personal data: first and last name, address, bank account number. – Our trainings are based on the Double Healix model and are increasing in size, complexity, and level. It is therefore essential for us to know whether previous Double Healix trainings have been followed. This information of participants of Double Healix is stored for 10 years.

Sharing of personal data with third parties
Double Healix does not sell your information to third parties. It only provides the information if that is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we have a Processor Agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Double Healix remains responsible for this processing.

View, modify or delete data

You can request access, correction, deletion, data transfer from your personal data, or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the send processing of your personal data to info@doublehealix.com.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you for a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo in this copy, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible but within four weeks.

How we secure personal data
Double Healix takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate action and measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and prevent unauthorized modification.
