Isodoor Jonker

Isodoor Jonker was a core team member at Double Healix for 14 years. As of 2025, he continued to be involved with the organisation on a more freelance basis.

During his Media & Culture studies, Isodoor discovered the profound influence of film on human behaviour. In collaboration with Jens van Tricht, he delivered workshops on male role expectations, enriched with film imagery. He observed that showcasing positive role models could help individuals broaden their behavioural repertoire. At Double Healix, Isodoor expanded this focus from gender-specific role models to the full spectrum of human behaviour.

Isodoor has delved deeply into translating the Double Healix model into other developmental frameworks, including Daniel Ofman’s Core Quadrant model, Otto Scharmer’s Theory U, and Stephen Covey’s ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People’.

Until 2025, Isodoor served as project manager and creative designer for the development of MovieLearning, the online video-learning platform created by Double Healix. During this time, he also specialised in serious gaming, applying this expertise in leadership and team training programs. Isodoor is a certified Double Healix trainer.

In January 2025, Isodoor began training as a teacher in the Waldorf (Vrije School) education system, also aiming to contribute to alleviating the severe teacher shortage in the Netherlands.

Isodoor has been a drummer since childhood and worked as a DJ during his twenties. His favourite sport is karate. A father of two, he is also an active initiator of local sustainability projects in his community.
